As per early estimates on sacnilk, the war saga, which got a Rs 17 crore headstart in advance bookings, scored an impressive Rs 30 crore net collection on Day 1. With this, the film that was expected to earn in the Rs 20 crore range, overshot expectations to score a win at the ticket windows. As per early estimates, the gross total of the film has reportedly hit an estimated Rs 35 crore.
