Social media has been abuzz since this morning with speculation about Allu Arjun potentially returning to headline Trivikram Srinivas’ mythological project, which was earlier reported to have moved to Jr NTR. Amid the growing chatter, producer Bunny Vas, who is also a close associate of Allu Arjun, has offered some clarity.
Addressing the ongoing discussion, Bunny Vas noted that such project shifts do happen in the industry, while also refraining from fully endorsing the circulating reports. He emphasised that both actors and Trivikram share healthy professional relationships and added that it would be best to wait for official announcements to understand what is actually taking shape.
He further revealed that Allu Arjun has already locked two additional projects, with formal announcements expected in January. According to him, one project is scheduled to begin in July or August 2026, while the other is expected to go on floors in March 2027. He also appealed for restraint and requested that speculation be avoided until official confirmations are made.
At present, Allu Arjun is fully committed to his upcoming film (AA22xA6) with Atlee. There are also strong industry reports suggesting that he has given the green signal to a script by Lokesh Kanagaraj, in addition to having announced a project with Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
If these projects materialise sequentially, Allu Arjun is poised to further strengthen his position at the top tier of Indian cinema, with the potential to surpass even the massive success of Pushpa 2, both domestically and internationally.
