ZyG Raises $60 Million Series A To Build The First Agentic Operating System For eCommerce Scale

ZyG, the eCommerce agentic operating system, has raised a $60 million Series A round led by Accel with participation from Felix Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Accel partner Sonali De Rycker will join the ZyG board of directors as part of the round. The company was founded by the founders of ironSource, which went public on the NYSE at an $11 billion valuation before merging with Unity, who partnered with three leading AI experts from one of Israel’s top cyber units.

ZyG OS is designed to solve what the company identifies as eCommerce’s central unsolved problem: the gap between getting a product to initial online traction and achieving true scale. While platforms like Shopify and Amazon have made it possible for anyone to start selling, scaling a direct-to-consumer brand requires managing fragmented tools, siloed data, and multiple specialized teams or agencies across user acquisition, brand building, conversion optimization, retention, and logistics. ZyG’s agentic infrastructure automates this entire stack end-to-end, identifying products with scale potential and executing every function required to grow them.

The company currently partners with online brands that have demonstrated initial traction but lack the technology stack, AI expertise, and data capabilities to scale in the U.S. market. All partner brands go through ZyG’s agentic Product Market Fit test and must achieve a high ZyG Score — the company’s proprietary predictor of scale potential — before entering the platform. The approach shifts the founder’s role away from operational execution and toward product development.

The round follows ZyG’s emergence as one of the more ambitious bets in the consumer AI infrastructure space, applying a deeply vertical, full-stack agentic approach to one of the world’s largest e-commerce markets.

KEY QUOTES:

“Shopify and Amazon opened the door for anyone who wants to start selling online. But shifting from selling to scaling remains overwhelmingly complex. It forces founders to manage fragmented tools, siloed data, and the many teams or agencies needed to execute every aspect of scale. ZyG OS flips that model with an end-to-end solution that solves the entire problem, not pieces of it.”

Omer Kaplan, CEO and Co-Founder, ZyG

“The industry has spent years perfecting how we sell online, yet scaling remains fragmented and fragile. By combining the ironSource founders’ commerce pedigree with deep AI expertise, the ZyG team has built the definitive Agentic Operating System that finally gives entrepreneurs the automated growth engine they need to scale.”
