Bhagwatula is a 2014 alumna of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
She has over 11 years of experience in private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital investments, and general corporate advisory. She has advised on a wide range of high-value and complex transactions across sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, technology, and telecom. She has worked closely with multinational and Indian clients, including private equity funds, multilateral and development finance institutions, and venture capital investors.
Prior to joining SAM, Bhagwatula was Counsel at Trilegal. In the past, she has been associated with leading law firms such as TT&A and AZB & Partners.
