SCOPE rebrands as Sentova to focus on global investment banking

SCOPE has rebranded as Sentova, marking its shift toward operating as a global investment banking and financial advisory firm.

Following the transition, the brand will focus on three areas: venture capital fundraising, private equity buyouts and investment consulting, offering advisory services from deal structuring to transaction closure.

The move comes as cross-border capital flows grow, particularly across India-Gulf and U.S.-Middle East corridors. The brand will adopt a mandate-led approach, focusing on select transactions rather than volume-driven deals.

Commenting on the rebranding, Appalla Saikiran, Founder & CEO, Sentova, said, “SCOPE was built to solve one of the biggest challenges founders face, which is access to the right capital. Over the years, we have grown from a network-driven platform into a full-stack advisory firm working on complex, cross-border transactions. Sentova represents the next phase of that journey where we combine global capital access, institutional-grade execution, and deep founder alignment to deliver high-impact outcomes.”

SCOPE began as an invite-only platform connecting startups with investors and mentors, expanding over time.

The rebranding reflects its evolution into a global advisory firm operating across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and India.
