
Pawan Kalyan’s Ustaad Bhagat Singh is gearing up for a grand theatrical release on March 19, 2026, as a special Ugadi attraction. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film stars Sreeleela and Raashii Khanna as the female leads.
Pawan Kalyan attended the event in a simple outfit, but his speech left a strong impact. The actor-politician began by thanking everyone who came to the event. He first expressed his gratitude to Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan for sharing warm words about the film’s trailer.
Speaking about cinema, Pawan Kalyan said movies are their “bread and butter.” He added that while filmmakers put in a great deal of effort, the final result is never entirely in their hands. The star said no one makes a film with the intention of delivering a flop, but sometimes things do not work out despite sincere hard work.
Talking about Ustaad Bhagat Singh, Pawan Kalyan revealed that he worked on the film for nearly six hours a day for 45 days, splitting his schedule between morning and evening. He said, “I feel very thankful to Harish Shankar for his commitment and effort despite many hurdles such as the pandemic, elections, and politics. Harish Shankar deserves all the praise for this achievement.”
Pawan Kalyan also said he believes Ustaad Bhagat Singh Will Be as Entertaining as Gabbar Singh. According to the star, Harish Shankar made the film with great passion and handled every element with care for the fans. Pawan Kalyan added that Harish even made him dance despite his reluctance.
Addressing negativity on social media, Pawan Kalyan said, “I feel bad when online trolls and fans get into unnecessary quarrels. I love the fans of all heroes, and I have no issues with any hero in the industry. In fact, I wish for their success more than you do.”
He concluded by expressing confidence that Ustaad Bhagat Singh will make audiences happy. Pawan Kalyan said he hopes viewers will love the film and appreciate the way Harish Shankar has crafted it. He also thanked everyone who worked on the project.
Pawan Kalyan ended his speech with the dialogue, “Mimmalni preminche gothram, seva chese nakshatram,” which was met with loud applause from the crowd.
The star also dropped a hint that the film will feature a bit of a vintage Pawan Kalyan song, with Sreeleela seemingly dancing to it. More details will be revealed in cinemas.
