PAN-India star Prabhas’ The Raja Saab is scheduled for a grand release on January 9, 2026, during the Sankranthi season. Directed by Maruthi, the horror fantasy entertainer features Sanjay Dutt in a pivotal role. Maruthi has begun promoting the movie and stated that Prabhas is involved in all major aspects of the film, including the CGI work.
Maruthi confirmed that the movie will be over three hours long and added that Prabhas will be on screen for around 2 hours and 40 minutes. The director further stated that only a handful of scenes will not feature Prabhas, including the opening and flashback portions. This means Prabhas will be seen for almost 90% of the film, making The Raja Saab nearly a one-man show.
