Unicommerce and Naqel Express Partner to Enable E-Commerce Growth Across India | Financial Express BrandWagon


Naqel Express, Saudi Arabia’s largest logistics and express delivery company, has partnered with Unicommerce, an Indian e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to strengthen logistics support for e-commerce brands in Saudi Arabia. The partnership will enable businesses on Unicommerce’s platform to integrate with Naqel’s nationwide logistics network, providing faster and more efficient last-mile delivery across the border.

The partnership will support regional and global e-commerce brands in Saudi Arabia by enabling order management, warehousing, last-mile delivery and cross-border shipping through Unicommerce’s unified dashboard. This integration will help streamline fulfilment operations, improve delivery efficiency and enhance customer experience. It will also provide businesses access to delivery networks across GCC markets, including the UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan and Lebanon.

Naqel Express operates under Saudi Post Logistics (SPL), which is the national postal carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whereas Unicommerce serves customers across the KSA and UAE and offers localised integrations tailored for GCC markets, including Arabic-language invoicing and label printing, along with other logistics and ecosystem integrations.
