Davies has left the retailer after six-and-a-half years overseeing its marketing and ecommerce functions. Prior to this, she had a short stint in a similar role with Early Settler, and also boasts marketing experience with other retailers including Cotton On group and Gap in the US, where she oversaw global store experience.
The role has now been advertised as GM of marketing and customer experience, with again, responsibility for the ecommerce channel.
According to the key roles description, jobs include generating concepts and strategies to drive traffic through traditional and omnichannel stores, marketing strategy oversight, influencing and building ecommerce capability and innovation, identifying new market opportunities, developing local area marketing strategies for the Snooze franchise network as well as overseeing financial management of the Snooze Marketing Fund, and uplifting digital store experience.
