Robertet has launched a business-to-business (B2B) ecommerce platform in the U.S. and Canada.
The company said its platform expands digital access to its portfolio of natural ingredients used in fragrance, flavor and health and beauty applications. The platform, e-Robertet, allows professional customers to browse, sample and purchase ingredients including essential oils, absolutes, extracts, CO₂ extracts and specialty naturals directly online.
Founded in 1850 in Grasse, France, Robertet supplies natural raw materials to the global fragrance, flavor, and health and beauty industries. The company said e-Robertet is now live and open for registration in both the U.S. and Canada.
About the Robertet B2B ecommerce platform
The North American launch extends a digital sales model the company is using to reach a broader range of customers, including independent formulators, laboratories and emerging brands, alongside larger commercial clients.
“Launching e-Robertet in North America marks a major milestone in making Robertet’s innovation and natural excellence more accessible,” said Caitlin Gerlach, marketing director for ingredients at Robertet North America.
She said the company designed the platform to serve professional users such as perfumers, personal care formulators, aromatherapists and small-batch producers with faster service and greater flexibility.
Robertet said the platform has been built specifically for the U.S. and Canadian markets and includes:
- Online ordering
- Transparent pricing
- Smaller pack sizes for sampling and limited production runs
- Real-time inventory visibility
- North America–based shipping
Dedicated support is also available for professional users.
The company said the platform reflects its vertically integrated operating model, which spans cultivation, sourcing, extraction, and production of natural ingredients. Robertet emphasizes traceability and sustainability across its supply chain, an approach it describes as “seed to scent.”
