Raghuvar Seth joins Allen Solly as AVP – Marketing


Raghuvar Seth has been appointed as AVP-Marketing at Allen Solly – Indian fashion brand owned by Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited (ABLBL), a subsidiary of the Aditya Birla Group.  At Allen Solly, he will lead marketing across Men, Women, and Juniors driving always-on brand building, offline, social media, creator-led content at scale, retail marketing, digital media spends and full-funnel performance marketing that moves both store footfall and digital revenue.

His earlier role was Senior Director of Marketing at TMRW, where he spent close to four years.  TMRW is a digital-first tech “House of Brands” by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), part of the Aditya Birla Group. Its portfolio consists of D2C fashion and lifestyle brands, including Bewakoof, Wrogn, and Nobero. Seth has helped scale brands across D2C, ecommerce, quick commerce, and physical retail, with a sharp focus on connecting marketing to commercial outcomes.

Earlier in his career, Seth headed the marketing function for D2C brands at Mensa Brands in the Smart Wearables, Fashion, and Home & Kitchen segments. He held the role of Head Of Marketing at Taneira (Titan) where he was responsible for delivering all elements of the brand strategy and the marketing calendar. He led initiatives in creative, digital & e-commerce, new launches, SEO, PR, CRM & database marketing. His career began at Tata through the Tata Administrative Service.
