March 16, 2026 – Options Group has strengthened its search team with the addition of Anjum Attar as a director within its private equity and venture capital practice. “Welcome to Options Group, Anjum Attar,” the firm said in a LinkedIn post. “Anjum has joined Options Group Mumbai as a director and will specialize in the private equity and venture capital sector.”
“I am thrilled to share that I’ve joined Options Group as director,” Ms. Attar said. “I will be focused on senior talent acquisition in the private equity, funds – infrastructure and real estate, VC, family offices and their portfolio companies. Excited to build long term partnerships with investors, clients and candidates.”
Ms. Attar most recently served as associate director with CRISIL Limited. Before that, she was associate vice president, capital markets and investor relations at Northern Arc Capital. Prior to this, Ms. Attar was a senior associate with Darashaw.

In addition to Mr. Korn’s responsibilities for global client relationships and executive search, he is also responsible for OGiQ, OGiR, and OG University. Having joined in 1999, he has been instrumental in the firm’s growth. With over 25 years’ consulting and recruiting experience, Mr. Korn has established a track record of success in talent acquisition, development and retention services.
