The Fund IV platform has been organized as a master-feeder structure and comprises of an AIF in India with the feeder vehicle in GIFT City, enabling participation from a diverse base of global and domestic investors, including US university endowments, sovereign entities, Indian institutions and listed companies such as Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), HarbourVest, Waterfield, Fidelity International, Sharrp Ventures, Mirabilis, and Emami Limited amongst others.
