AnyMind Group supports launch of Storm Labels’ first official e-commerce site

AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, today announced that it has begun supporting the development and operation of Storm Labels Store, the first official e-commerce site by Japanese music and film company, Storm Labels Inc.

The store is scheduled to open on April 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM (JST), and will offer more than 700 items, including CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray titles from artists signed under Storm Labels such as Koichi Domoto, ARASHI, NEWS, SUPER EIGHT, Hey! Say! JUMP, WEST., and Naniwa Danshi, along with store-exclusive products.

In the entertainment industry in Japan, e-commerce is increasingly turned to as a direct touchpoint with fans, as artists and content owners seek to maximize the value of their content and products.

Selling music and related merchandise often requires specialized operational capabilities that music labels might not possess, including managing large product catalogs, handling multiple SKUs, and coordinating shipments aligned with release dates.

Against this backdrop, Storm Labels decided to launch its first official e-commerce site to strengthen the sales infrastructure for works and related merchandise from its artists.

Beyond simply building the site, the company sought to tap into an integrated e-commerce infrastructure that includes managing logistics and warehouse operations, customer support, multilingual functionality, and international shipping.

Through AnyMind Group, Storm Labels was able to tap into an end-to-end infrastructure, including site development, logistics and warehousing, and customer support. This includes:

  • E-commerce site development – UI/UX design with an extensible system architecture to support future functional expansion
  • Fulfillment support including logistics and warehousing – AnyMind Group’s global logistics platform,AnyLogi for centralized inventory management, system integration with warehouse management systems, and domestic and international shipping and delivery management
  • E-commerce management – AnyX for centralized management of order, inventory and sales data, enabling better visibility of inventory and sales performance and operations optimization
  • Customer support – AnyChat for management of inquiries received through the e-commerce site, enabling improvement of operational efficiency and overall customer experience

Kosuke Sogo, CEO of AnyMind Group, said: “With this initiative, we are providing end-to-end support for the operation of the e-commerce site, including site development, logistics and warehouse management, and customer support operations. By combining our technology platforms with our overseas operational capabilities across Asia, we aim to support the operation of official e-commerce sites that connect artists with fans both in Japan and globally.”

At launch, the Storm Labels Store will support five languages: Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Korean, and will also provide international shipping.
